Briefly describe your d-MEMP experience, including the impact on your career.

Overall, d-MEMP is the most useful program I have used in my daily work life (and home life), specifically the areas about difficult conversations and how to manage the person (vs the project).

What advice would you give to prospective applicants?

Definitely worth it. The price point hurts a little (a lot), but worth every penny.

What is the best thing about being a Duke d-MEMP graduate?

The alumni! I seem to run into Duke alumni everywhere and it’s fantastic!

What did you like most about your Duke MEM experience?

The cohort was my favorite part. I have a group of friends for life now! We regularly share/brainstorm problems that we have at work and it’s great to hear everyone’s opinion.
