Undergraduate Degree: BSE, Biomedical Engineering, Tulane University

Why did you choose your program and area of study?

I wanted a business education to complement my engineering degree. I was looking for a job on the business side of engineering.

Briefly describe your Duke Experience.

I had a wonderful time. Met a lot of great people. Loved the classes. Beautiful campus. Overall very positive.

What impact has the degree had on your career?

I wouldn't have gotten my first job without Duke. The hiring manager was also a Duke MEM alum.

What advice would you give to prospective applicants - those who are just beginning to explore graduate options at Duke?

You can't really go wrong with a masters degree from Duke. That being said, try to think about how a specific degree will add to your resume and open doors that would otherwise be closed given your prior experience and education.

What advice would you give to admitted students who are considering Duke?
