Please note that the MEM Program's application is NOT part of Duke's Graduate School application.  In order to apply to the MEM program, use the link below.

Our application is part of ChooseDuke, a university-wide system for applicants. The system requires you to submit information in 3 sections in order to complete your application.

  • Answer all required questions and submit form
  • Pay the application fee
  • Upload all required documents (Please note that the document upload will not fully populate until the application fee has been paid.)

You must also send your official test scores to us using the institution code 5156, department code 5199 for GRE and 99 for TOEFL.

When all 3 sections are complete and your official scores have arrived, your application will be submitted and held for review by the program’s admission committee.  If any of these sections are missing, your file will not be considered.

You must log out of any existing social media accounts before attempting to create a Duke social media login. Checking Application Status

After submitting your online application, you can check the status of your test scores via Duke's Applicant Self-Service system. You should log in to this system periodically to ensure that all scores have been received. Incomplete applications will either not be considered or will be rejected on the basis of incompleteness. 

Note that the status of recommendations will not be posted here—you may track those within the application system.
