Orville Pierson is also the author of The Unwritten Rules of the Highly Effective Job Search (McGraw-Hill) and Highly Effective Networking: Meet the Right People and Get a Great Job (Career Press). LHH is wholly owned by Adecco SA, a global employment services firm with 5800 offices in 68 countries.

Orville creates books, Websites and videos to teach career management and job search to LHH’s clients, who number up to 100,000 per year. He also designs training materials for LHH’s staff. He has trained hundreds of career consultants. Students will be invited to participate and explore ideas for success and career exploration.
