Siddarth Shetty received his Master's in Engineering Management from Duke University in 2006 and his Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from VESIT (Mumbai University) in 2005, where he graduated as the President of the Student Government and Chairperson of the IEEE. Sid is the Vice President of Operations at ServiceChannel, Inc., the leading technology platform in the retail facilities industry, where he oversees multiple functions ranging from Business Intelligence, Client technology Support, Call Center, Partner Support to day to day administration. Prior to joining ServiceChannel, he served as the Director of Engineering and Facilities at Steve & Barry's, a national clothing retailer.
