Susan Brown oversees marketing and student recruiting efforts for the MEM Program. She graduated from Duke University in 1999 with a BA in sociology and joined the MEM Program in 2005 after working in technology transfer and marketing for a local research institution.

Title : Admissions Coordinator
Erin Degerman works closely with the Assistant Director of Admissions to ensure that the admissions process is smooth for the MEM Program. She graduated from North Carolina State University in 2007 with a BS in Business Management and joined the MEM Program in 2009.

Title : Director of MEM Career Services
Kirsten Nicholas develops, plans, and coordinates career development activties for the program. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University and a BS in Industrial Psychology from the University of California, Hayward.

Title : Student Services Advisor
As the Student Services Advisor for the MEM Program, Bridget Fletcher handles all current student needs and activities. She graduated from North Carolina State University in 2004 with a BA in sociology and joined the MEM Program in 2007. She is currently pursuing a masters degree with an emphasis on Cross-Cultural Communication at Duke University.

Title : Academic Coordinator
Ashley Lee is the Academic Coordinator for the MEM Program. She works closely with the registrar and the bookstore to make sure that MEM courses are set up and ready to go each semester. Ashley really enjoys working closely with the MEM students. She has been with the program since August, 2008. Ashley has a degree in biology from Peace College in Raleigh.
