Elective Tracks
Customize your degree to match your career goals
As a Duke Master of Engineering Management student, you select the courses to support the job role and career goals you have in mind.
Duke MEM Online's elective tracks help guide the choice of your four electives, by grouping courses by the skills needed to prepare you for your potential job role.
Each course reflects and supports our learning culture, which we call Professionalism and the Five Principles.
Our elective tracks are:
- Customer Experience and Product Design
- Data Analytics and Machine Learning
- Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Product Management
- Technology Development and Commercialization
You can also create your own custom track, or pursue an engineering discipline-focused track, with our "Build Your Own" option.
"For me, Duke MEM Online was a win-win. I remained fully engaged at work, but still made lifelong friendships and attended the beautiful campus of Duke!"
